The Vodka Shrimp Pasta is a rich, creamy delight where the tang of vodka cuts through the richness just sufficiently to achieve a balanced taste. The Poke Nachos was a surprising delight – the melding of traditional Hawaiian poke with the casual flair of nachos created a fusion dish that was both edgy and delicious. And finally, the Truffle fries – a symphony of simplicity and decadence.
